There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 184(JUD) "An Act relating to insurance; amending Rule 402, Alaska Rules of Evidence; and providing for an effective date." Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 184(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 5. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 5 was offered by Representatives Davies, Murkowski, and Rokeberg: Page 51, line 4: Delete all material. Page 52, line 4: Delete all material. Renumber the bill sections accordingly.
